Our Stress Reduction and Relaxation classes have been developed for the busy person who struggles to find time to meditate on their own! If this is you, treat you mind and body to one of our weekly classes.
Each class consists of a short discussion, followed by a guided relaxation (40-45 minutes).
For your comfort, please bring a pillow and blanket (in the colder months).
We also have meditation stools for those who like to be seated rather than laying down.
Classes are personalised including up to 5 people.
