Hello everyone. Due to this current lockdown being dragged-on, I have decided to wait one more week to see how the situation (d)evolves, as teaching in person is (and will always be) my favourite choice, and I prefer not to switch to alternative ways of providing good level of training, which may include Virtual Classes et similia: this will be something I will consider if restrictions keep strangthenining, but still, it’s not the way I want to work.

In the meanwhile, I have prepared some material you can use for building your own Bootcamp or Core & Strength routine. I will keep you up to date, hopefully classes will resume soon.

Unfortunately I don’t have other choices than wait, with regards to Kids Classes and Qigong Classes. Fabio
